Sub: Order under Sections 11, 11(4),11A and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 In the matter of DGR Farms & Leisures Limited (DGR)
Attention of the trading members is invited to the Exchange Notice No. 20150730-28 dated July 30, 2015, wherein SEBI vide its interim order no. WTM/SR/SEBI-WRO: ILO/152/07/2015 dated July 30, 2015 had inter-alia restrained DGR Farms & Leisures Limited and its promoters/directors from buying, selling or dealing in securities, in any manner whatsoever, till further directions.
SEBI now, vide its Order No. WTM/MPB/EFD-1-DRA-IV/ 91/2017 dated November 20, 2017 has inter-alia issued the following directions:-
1. Directed DGR and, Shri Rakesh Kumar Gupta, Shri Umesh Soni, Smt Nivedita Gupta, Shri Umesh Gupta, Shri Alok Kumar Singh, Shri Jainendra Kumar Patel, Shri Sanjay Kumar Gupta, Shri Shankar Lal Gupta, Shri Vijay Kumar Shukla and Shri Jitendra Kumar Tripathi, not to, directly or indirectly, access the securities market, by issuing prospectus, offer document or advertisement soliciting money from the public and are further restrained and prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in the securities market, directly or indirectly in whatsoever manner, from the date of this Order, till the expiry of 4 (four) years from the date of completion of refunds to investors as directed in the order.
2. Directions issued against Shri Sushil Kumar Dubey are hereby revoked.
The Order shall come into force with immediate effect.
