Grocery-anchored retail center in Palm Beach County sells for $17M

Miami-based MMG Equity Partners acquired the grocery-anchored Meadows Square Shopping Center in Boynton Beach for $17 million. G&I VIII Meadows Square LLC, a partnership between New York-based DRA Advisors and Boca Raton-based Woolbright Development, sold the 94,708-square-foot retail center, 4701 N. Congress Ave., to Miami-based MMG Equity Partners, according to Principal Gabriel Navarro. The price equated to $179 a square foot. The seller was represented by Casey Rosen of CBRE. HFF helped the…
