ROGER FEDERER insists David Goffin got his game plan right in the ATP World Tour Finals semi-final.

Federer was stunned by Goffin in the semi-final after being the big favourite to win the tournament in London.
But Goffin recovered from losing the first set to win 2-6 6-3 6-4 and will face either Grigor Dimitrov or Jack Sock in tomorrow’s final.
And Federer admitted Goffin got his game right.
"Yeah. He played better. That was a good plan," Federer said.
"It's a bit disappointing for me because it's indoors, it's a court I like to play on. But I had my chances and missed them.
"When he had them, he was very committed. I think that was the difference. He's crushed me too many times in practice to not also do it once in a match situation."

Federer has revealed he will now take two weeks off before beginning preparations for next season.
Federer finished the campaign as world No2 - becoming the oldest man to do so.
But he starts next season on December 30 in the Hopman Cup.
“I’ll start the beginning of December my training again,” Federer added.

“Maybe on vacation, obviously I'll start moving around a little bit so the comeback into training is not so hard, you know.
“Then I leave at the end of the year for the Hopman Cup to get ready.
“I think I'm playing on the 30th [of December], my first match. That's the plan there.”
