Horror as burglars spray woman in face with unknown substance before ransacking home
BURGLARS burst into a woman’s home and sprayed an unknown substance in her face, leaving her terrified.

The 46-year-old was attacked after she opened her front door and four men burst in, ransacking her home.
They fled and left her reeling at her flat in Havant, Hampshire.
The woman suffered cuts and bruises all over her body, but thankfully the spray did not have any long term effect.
Detectives are now hunting the attackers, releasing descriptions of two of them.
A spokeswoman for Hampshire Police said the liquid was not an acid but added: "I cannot tell you what it is because it has not been confirmed."
He was wearing a dark jacket which was black at the front and brown colour on the arms and he spoke in a local Hampshire accent
Another police spokesman described the men saying: “One was white but looked tanned. He was around 5ft 4ins tall and of medium build with dark eyes.
“He was clean shaven and had short, dark, bushy hair. He was wearing a dark jacket which was black at the front and brown colour on the arms and he spoke in a local Hampshire accent.
“The second was white, around 5ft 9ins tall and of skinny build. He was clean shaven with grey/blue eyes and a skinny face. He was wearing a grey hoodie with the hood up.”
The attackers took cash, although police have not said how much.
