KOTA: Chief judicial magistrate court in Bundi on Saturday ordered Bundi city Kotwali police to lodge a case against ex BJP district president under sections of IPC for forgery, cheating and producing counterfeit documents for self vested interests. Police have however not received the order's copy.
Ex Bundi district BJP president Kalu Lal Jhangid during chief minister Vasundhra Raje's 3 day visit to the district, submitted a memorandum to the CM and allegedly complained against Bundi district collector's additional personal assistant Ashok Jain. Acting on the complaint, CM Raje immediately ordered for Awaiting Posting Order (APO) to Jain, who however resumed the office later through stay order by the court.
Jain submitted a complaint in the matter to CJM court earlier this month after the police did not take any action on his report to the police. Jain in his petition to CJM court alleged the letter head used by the ex BJP president Kalu Lal Jhangid was accredited to BJP Jila Mahamantri Ramkishan Saini and with ill and self vested interests, Jhangid complained and leveled severe allegations against him.
During the initial inquiry by district administration in the matter, BJP official Ramkishan Saini admitted that BJP leader Kalu Lal Jhangid and ex district party president, a resident of Bahadur Singh Circle in Bundi had asked for his letter head from him during CM visit in September this year and he handed him a blank letter head hoping he would use the same for some public welfare purpose. Saini also refused to sign on the same and confirmed the signature on the letter head was not his signature.
The ex BJP district president reportedly had revengeful attitude at PA Jain with the prejudice that he had halted the sanction of his petrol pump proposal which the BJP leader planned to set up near Bahadur Singh Circle area of Bundi city. The district administration had then disapproved the sanction on the ground that the proposed site was at the centre of locality accommodating schools and residential population. The ex BJP president prejudiced that had raised hurdles and halted the sanction of his petrol pump proposal.
Kalu Lal Jhangid, in the fit of revenge, complained the matter on BJP Jila Mahamantri's letter head to the CM during her visit to the district and also raised the same issue at district party officials and workers meeting with the CM.
The CJM court on Saturday order to lodge a case under section 468, 469, 471, 472, 420, 500 and 504 of IPC against Kalu Lal Jhangid, the ex BJP district president, said Dinesh Pareek, counselor to Ashok Jain, the victim in the matter. Jain submitted a complaint in the matter earlier this month after the police did not take any action on his report.
