Strictly Come Dancing 2017: Craig Revel Horwood reveals why he WON’T give THIS star a 10
STRICTLY COME DANCING’S meanest judge Craig Revel Horwood has revealed why he won’t give one of the show’s frontrunners maximum points - yet.
The BBC panelist opened up about all the remaining stars while revealing what Alexandra Burke needs to do for him to wave his 10 paddle.
When asked what The X Factor hitmaker needs to improve on, the 52-year-old commented: “She needs to polish her footwork. She’ll only get a 10 from me when that’s perfect.”
The 29-year-old was just two marks away from a full house after her Argentine Tango to Mi Confession by Gotan Project alongside partner Gorka Márquez, 27, last Saturday.
Craig went on to talk about Alexandra’s weakness, which caused her breakdown live on the programme.

He continued: “I love the fact that she’s doing the show for her late mother, it’s very touching.
“We’re all human — well, mostly — but she has to make sure she keeps channelling all of that emotion in a positive way.”
Craig branded Alexandra a “frontrunner” but stated in an interview with the Radio Times: “So was Aston [Merrygold], so she needs to make sure the public is behind her in order to get that far.”

He believes her greatest strength is that “she can really dance” after working with her on stage show Sister Act.
Craig added: “It was a big surprise to me that she could move like that. In my book, she wasn’t a dancer.
“In Sister Act there was a lot of armography but little choreography — she was mostly in a nun’s habit!”
Strictly Come Dancing 2017 continues tonight at 6.45pm on BBC One.
