They disbanded four years later but Ashley became a household name, coming second in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here.

She took part in Channel 4’s The Jump in 2015 and was a judge for two series of Dancing On Ice, as well as co-hosting Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway.

In 2016, she launched her shoe collection. Ashley, 36, is currently single and lives in London. 

“I don’t really have an average week, and because I travel so much with my job, it means I don’t always have a typical weekend either.

“Home for me is London now, and my weekend will start on a Saturday morning when I’ll try to have a lie-in until 8am. Anything longer than that feels like I’m wasting my day.

“Once I’m ready, I’ll go out and get a nice brunch in a café or restaurant. I love eggs and toast and my friends and I will always get table pancakes to share. Then in the afternoon, it’s time to work it off!

"I’ll go boxing or do some hot yoga but when I’m in the US I’ll go hiking. 

“In the evening I’ll see friends again and we’ll eat Mexican food and drink margaritas and hang out. My Saturday nights aren’t as crazy as they used to be as my hangovers the next morning are horrible.

"The older I get the more they seem to hurt. I have tried every hangover cure but the only way for them to go is to take time.

“On Sunday morning, I like to go for a walk around London. If the weather is nice, I’ll go to a park or on a lovely bike ride around the city.

“I get invited to do the Sunday lunch thing by friends, but I don’t do them as often as I should.

"My former Pussycat Doll colleague and friend Kimberly Wyatt is a former MasterChef winner so she cooks for me sometimes. 

"She makes amazing food. Later in the day, I like to get a pizza and watch a box set on Netflix or a documentary.

"I’ll go to bed around 10pm because I need my sleep these days!”
