Lewis Hamilton: Mercedes driver reveals tough start to F1 career - I felt unable to move
LEWIS HAMILTON says he’s much happier now than at the start of his Formula One career.
The Mercedes driver wrapped up his fourth World Drivers’ Championship at the Mexican Grand Prix last month.
And the title was the third he’s won since joining the German constructors from McLaren ahead of the 2013 season.
Hamilton was now opened up on what life was like for him when he first entered F1 just over a decade ago.
And he’s revealed how little of his racing ability he felt he was tapping into at the time.
"When I think of how I felt years ago, I imagine being tied up and unable to move," Hamilton explained.

"It was enough for me to be in F1 and I told myself it was the best job in the world.
“But outside the car I didn't feel right, I didn't feel complete.
"I was only using 10 per cent of my potential."
During his interview with italian magazine Sportweek, Hamilton opened up on why he likes to jet all over the world during his breaks between races.

"We often forget that we don't live forever and that life is short," Hamilton said.
"And I don't like to waste a minute.
"I'm scared I will miss something, so I make my days very long."
Hamilton and co. conclude the 2017 F1 season on Sunday November 26 at Abu Dhabi’s Yas Marina Circuit.
