Hawaiian’s Dunkerley, Ingram stress continuity in leadership changeover

Although Hawaiian Airlines CEO Mark Dunkerley is leaving the carrier in March, there is unlikely to be any change in strategy or direction when airline veteran Peter Ingram takes over.
