After crossing the villages of Dongargarh, the six-day long ‘Indira Jan Adhikar Padyatra’ of Congress party on Tuesday entered Rajnandgaon tehsil where a public meeting was held by the party at Sukul Daihan.
The Yatra was lead by President of Chhattisgarh Pradesh Congress Committee (CGPCC), Bhupesh Baghel, who was accompanied by other senior leaders of the party.
Addressing the public meeting at Sukul Daihan, Baghel said that situation in the State has worsened in the 14 years of BJP rule.
BJP blames Congress party that no work has been done in 60 years of Congress rule but now after BJP took the charge for more than 14 years the state of affairs was not good, he said.
The ‘Padyatra’ earlier covering the villages of Belgaon, Maditarai, Bade Kusmi, Musrakhurd, Musrakala, Bhanpuri, Haldi, Bamhani reached Sukul Daihan village.
