Premier League tips: Paul Ince gives his verdict Arsenal vs Spurs, Man Utd and Everton

PAUL INCE is back with his Premier League predictions for this weekend's round of fixtures.

Premier League predictions Paul IncePADDYPOWER

Premier League predictions: Paul Ince backs a draw in the North London Derby

Paul Ince makes his predictions for the Premier League fixtures from this weekend

Arsenal v Spurs: 2-2 (Paddy Power odds: 10/1)

I know everyone thinks this game is a foregone conclusion, and I can see why, but I’m holding out for a bit of action. It would be great to see a really fast-paced North London derby, and I do think we’re going to see both teams scoring. I read somewhere that this game has seen both teams score the most times of any game in the Premier League. So why not again this weekend…

Bournemouth v Huddersfield: 1-1 (Paddy Power odds: 11/2)

Arrgh. This is a tough one to decide. Huddersfield have some brilliant moments, but it’s no secret that they have a habit of struggling in front of goal. Bournemouth can be a bit that way too, so I think one apiece would be a fair result here.

Burnley v Swansea: 2-1 (Paddy Power odds: 17/2)

Burnley have been so impressive this season, as you can see from the league table, and I’m backing them to beat Swansea on their own patch. I honestly believe there are some teams at the bottom of the table – like Everton – that could learn a lot from Sean Dyche’s side.

Crystal Palace v Everton: 2-0 (Paddy Power odds: 9/1)

This one might shock a few people, especially because I do think that David Unsworth is steadying the ship a little at Everton. However, I just think Roy Hodgson is getting Crystal Palace into a much more stable place, and a win for them at Selhurst Park would be a real boost.

Leicester v Man City: 0-3 (Paddy Power odds: 17/2)

Man City are just frightening at the moment, aren’t they? I nearly went for 3-1 here, with a Jamie Vardy goal kicking off proceedings, but I just think City are on too much of a roll. Kevin de Bruyne is blowing me away, and even if Sergio Aguero misses the game I think they’ll still make light work of this one.

Liverpool v Southampton: 3-1 (Paddy Power odds: 9/1)

You can’t trust that Liverpool defence! Time and time again we have learnt that, and this game will be no exception. I do think though, that at the end of the day, Jurgen Klopp’s side will have a little too much in the tank for Saints.

Arsenal vs Tottenham predictionGETTY

Tottenham travel to Arsenal on Saturday (12.30pm)

West Brom v Chelsea: 1-2 (Paddy Power odds: 7/1)

Chelsea were crowned the champions last season after a West Brom win. They were on much better form then and won 1-0, but this time around I think it will be a little more of a tough challenge. Then again, you’d think that Antonio Conte’s side will be feeling confident after their win against Man United last time out.

Man United v Newcastle: 3-0 (Paddy Power odds: 13/2)

I’m tired of everyone getting on Romelu Lukaku’s back, to be honest, and we saw that he’s still capable of scoring in the week. In fact, he became Belgium’s top goalscorer ever at the age of 24. So I reckon he will be back on song this weekend and fans will be chanting his name once again.

Watford v West Ham: 2-1 (Paddy Power odds: 15/2)

David Moyes’ first game at the helm for West Ham is going to be an interesting one. Honestly, i feel as though there are a few things to resolve at the club before the winning ways start again. The Hammers will put up a decent fight, though.

Brighton v Stoke: 1-2 (Paddy Power odds: 10/1)

Stoke got a draw against Leicester last time out and beat Brighton a couple of weeks back. I’m not sure how pretty this one will be to watch, but I reckon another decent result could be on the cards for Mark Hughes’ side.
