Income Tax Department sleuths on Tuesday raided several establishments of liquor major Kedia Group in Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh.
The raid was simultaneously conducted at the establishments of Associated Alcohol and Breweries Limited situated at Raipur, Durg, and Bhilai of the Group as well as at the residence of the owner Naveen Kedia located in Nehru Nagar in Raipur, official sources informed. IT officials from both Bhopal and Raipur numbering more than 100 in number were involved in the raids.
The raids were conducted at the distillery of the Group situated at Kumhari and at the warehouses of the Group situated at Kumhari in Durg and Gudhiyari in Raipur, sources informed.
