Scattered light to moderate rain is likely over Tamil Nadu Coast. Here is the weather forecast for Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad and Mumbai for November 16.

Kolkata:
According to Skymet weather, Kolkata is expected to witness rains during the next 24 hours in view of a well-marked low-pressure area which is persisting in the Bay of Bengal. The weather system may weaken into a low-pressure area by tomorrow but it will move closer to Kolkata. However, these rains is also expected to hinder the first test match which played between India and Sri Lanka from November 16 at Eden Gardens.
Delhi:
A meteorologist at Skymet Weather said that the air quality has been improved significantly over the capital. Delhi will continue to breathe easy for the next few days as winds would be sustaining their speed to the tune of 10-15 kmph. However, the maximum temperature will be recorded around 29 degree Celsius and humidity will be around 42 percent.
Chennai:
As predicted by Skymet Weather, only light rain occurred over Chennai. In the last 24 hours from 8.30 am on Tuesday, Nungambakkam observatory of Chennai recorded 7 mm rain, Minambakkam 2 mm of rain. As per weathermen, scattered light rains are in the forecast across Chennai.
