Liverpool star Adam Lallana has declared himself fit after an intense training session at Melwood.

The England international has missed the entire Premier League season so far but confirmed he is 'ready' in an Instagram post to fans.

Lallana was put through his paces at training alongside Jordan Henderson who will also be desperate for a return to action.

The squad got down to work without Jurgen Klopp who was taken to hospital due to illness but has since been released.
