Persistent Systems on Tuesday said that Mritunjay (Munjay) Singh has resigned from his position as Executive Director and President – Services. The company has accepted his resignation and November 24 (Friday) will be his last day with the company. The company said an interim leadership structure for services, effective immediately, is focused on continuity in business operations and a smooth transition of his management responsibilities. Shares of Persistent Systems closed flat at ₹644.35 on the NSE.
