NEW DELHI: As many as 69 stocks, including Abbott India, Avanti Feeds, Axis Bank, GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, Hexaware Technologies, Hindustan Unilever, Indian Bank and Jet Airways (India) hit fresh 52-week highs on NSE on Monday.

Jindal Steel & Power, Jubilant Foodworks, Minda Corporation, Rain Industries, Tata Elxsi, Tata Consultancy Services and Vakrangee were also among the stocks that hit fresh 52-week highs on NSE.

Domestic equity benchmarks Nifty50 and Sensex ended Monday's session in the negative territory.

The Nifty50 closed 97 points down at 10,225, whereas the BSE Sensex settled 281 points down at 33,034.

In the Nifty50 index, Tata Consultancy Services, Mahindra & Mahindra, Sun Pharma, UPL, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation, HCL Technologies and Kotak Mahindra Bank emerged as the top gainers.

On the contrary, Adani Ports, Aurobindo Pharma, Oil & Natural Gas Corporation, Coal India, Bharti Infratel and Vedanta stood among the losers.

Barring Nifty IT, all sectoral indices settled in the red on NSE on Monday.

In the Nifty50 pack, 13 stocks ended the day in green, while 37 stocks settled the day in red on Monday.
