Supporting National Conference leader Farooq Abdullah's controversial statement, actor Rishi Kapoor has said that POK belongs to Pakistan. He also stated that the only way the two countries can find a solution to the Kashmir issue is by holding talks. In the tweet, Rishi Kapoor also said that he wants to visit Pakistan once before he dies.

Farooq Abdullah had earlier said that "in order to resolve the Kashmir issue, we have to speak to Pakistan. Jammu and Kashmir is as much India's part as PoK is rightfully Pakistan's. If Government wants peace, it will have to talk to Pakistan see to it that autonomy be given to Kashmir on either side of the border".
