A four-storey residential building Jasola was demolished by civic authorities after it had “tilted dangerously”, the authorities said on Friday.
The residents were evacuated and the building demolished on Thursday, South Delhi Mayor Kamaljeet Sehrawat said. The police said the SDMC was informed about the building on Thursday after it “tilted dangerously”. The Mayor said it was brought down on the side of a nullah and efforts are on to clear the drain of debris.
