Manganiyars too voice disapproval

Backing their community, the royal families of Rajasthan have joined the protest over distortion of historical facts in the movie 'Padmavati' directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Many famous Langa Manganiyars and Jaisalmer royal families have expressed annoyance over distortion of 'ghoomar' dance and its lyrics.

Langa Manganiyar folk artist Gaji Khan Barna expressed annoyance over distortion of 'Ghoomar' dance in the movie.
