Sanya, Vishal, Amar to represent CUSB at Noida meet

PATNA: Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) students Sanya Kishwar, Vishal Kumar Singh and Amar Vivek will represent their department at the third Prof N R Madhava Menon SAARC Mooting Competition (2017-18) at Lloyd Law College (LLC) in Greater Noida from February 16 to 19, 2018.

More than 40 teams from different parts of India took part in the first round which was conducted at LLC in the last week of October.

While vice-chancellor H C S Rathore congratulated the three CUSB students for being selected among the top five teams, School of Law and Governance head S P Srivastava said, "The annual mooting competition aims to promote quality legal education and facilitate academic exchange in the South Asian region."

DBA: The Danapur branch of All-India Anglo-Indian Association will organize the fourth Interschool Football Fest at the New Police Line Ground in Lodhipur on November 11 and 12.


Association president Eric de Rozario said, "The students of Don Bosco Academy, Loyola High School, St Dominic Savio's High School, Army School, Radiant International, Ishan International, R P S School, B D Public School, International School, Birla Open Minds and Litera Valley School will participate in the tourney."


Pataliputra Sahodaya: Pataliputra Sahodaya (a group of CBSE schools in Bihar) will organize a training session and workshop on 'Life Skills and Class Management' at St Michael's High School on Saturday.


"At least 60 school principals and representatives will attend the workshop," Pataliputra Sahodaya president Rajiv Ranjan said on Friday.
