KOZHIKODE: The Public Service Commission (PSC) will conduct a training programme for Akshaya entrepreneurs here on November 14 to make them aware of the guidelines to be followed while processing one-time registration of PSC applicants. PSC member E. Raveendranath will inaugurate the sessions, which will be presided over by commission member G. Rajendran.
