Flat 5% GST on all restaurants; no ITC: Jaitley

Flat 5% tax on all restaurants industry across the country; will not get Input Tax Credit benefit anymore, finance minister Arun Jaitley said while addressing a presser post-GST Council meet in Guwahati.
