A 2010 Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita just rolled onto an auction block in Monterey, California. It’s one of two of its kind in the world. It can reach speeds of 254 miles per hour. It was once owned by Floyd Mayweather. Taking all this into consideration, it’s not super surprising that the supercar sold for $2.6 million.

Described by Koenigsegg as “a diamond on wheels,” the Trevita is coated in a transformative solution that turns the usually-black carbon-fiber body into a “sparkling, silver white.” You gotta be rich to drive a car that looks this rich, basically (these past show-stopping vehicles might be more affordable).

There were original plans to make three of the vehicles, but Koenigsegg had some trouble with the new carbon fibers, and the difficulty caused them to audible down to just a pair of the uber-luxury cars. Their website stated: “A decision was taken to make the car even more exclusive and limit the number of Trevitas to just two.” Translation: We kinda screwed the pooch on this one, but we’re gonna spin it so it looks like we’re making these more of a collector’s item than they already are.

Other features of the Trevita models include a double-carbon rear wing, inconell exhaust system, carbon ceramic brakes, airbags, paddle-shift, infotainment system, tire monitoring, and a hydraulic lifting system, just in case your ego isn’t lifted high enough driving one of the most expensive cars of all time.

Look, we don't want to tell you how to spend your money, but for $2.6 million, you could do better than something that’s likely a nightmare to insure, stressful to drive (what if you ding it?!), and probably not super fuel efficient. Buy a house instead. Or three. Or splurge on holiday gifts for the family. We can’t all make Mayweather money.
