Anuj Vyas, a resident of Thane in Maharashtra, had to run from pillar to post to get an insurance claim against his damaged phone. He had purchased a Samsung Galaxy S6 for Rs 56,700 in 2015. Vyas also purchased insurance which covered physical and internal damage to his handset.    A few months later, the phone got damaged after it accidentally came under a heavy truck at a construction site.
