Havas Group Acquires Award-Winning Malaysian Digital Agency Immerse

Havas Group has acquired the award-winning digital agency 'Immerse' with an aim to integrate the creative operations of the group. The group will be rebranded as ‘Havas Immerse’. By adding its digital expertise and client relationships, Havas Immerse will become an important part of Havas Village Malaysia. In 2004, Immerse started its operations as a digital agency mainly specializing in giving its assistance on strategic creative consultancy and digital marketing solutions. Many clients and industry leaders are associated with the company, Volvo, F&N, Wrigley, Mitsubishi Motors, Dove and Magnum.

Yannick Bollore, Chairman & CEO, Havas Group commented on the acquisition by saying, "We would like to welcome Immerse to the Havas family. Subsequently, Immerse's founders Jeffrey Tang and Kerry Khoo will join forces with Andrew Lee, Managing Director of Havas Malaysia and will be leading Havas Immerse.
