The owners of the shops and establishments should issue mandatorily appointment orders, identity cards and wage receipts.
The owners of shops and establishments should maintain registers containing names of the workers in their units with their addresses and their photos.
Migrant workers' permanent addresses should also be entered in the register, the release said.
Wages should be remitted through the bank accounts of the workers, it said.
