The title of Sidney Sheldon’s novel “Nothing Lasts Forever” stands true in life, especially when it comes to things in the entertainment industry. The talented Kapil Sharma, as readers would remember climbed up the ladders of success with Comedy Nights with Kapil. Sadly, he had a fallout with the channel Colors, and moved out to launch The Kapil Sharma Show on Sony TV. But history will repeat itself as Kapil is all set to be back on Colors, in a bid to promote his much talked about film Firangi on Bigg Boss 11.

The comedy superstar is used to having Bollywood celebrities on his show as part of their film’s promotion. With the tables being turned, Kapil will be on the other side with his team trying to promote his upcoming film. The actor will, reportedly, shoot with Salman Khan on Friday or Saturday, as per the Dabangg Khan’s schedule. As already reported, Kapil had an ugly separation from the channel after he allegedly felt he was given a step-brotherly treatment over Krushna Abhishek’s show Comedy Nights Live. On the other hand, the channel reportedly was tired of Kapil’s high handedness and monetary demands.

Shared a source with indianexpress.com, “The creatives are yet to decide whether Kapil will enter the house or not. It is indeed a big move that Kapil, letting bygones be bygones is starting afresh and agreed to be on a Colors show. All this he has grilled Salman and it would be fun to see him take questions this time. The entire team is really excited to pull off this special shoot.”

This year has been quite a difficult one for Kapil as he was surrounded by many controversies. First came the news of his fallout with co-star Sunil Grover, and then with alcohol taking a toll on his health, he remained missing from The Kapil Sharma shoots even making Bollywood biggies wait. The situation turned quite messy and Kapil decided to take a break to sort out his priorities. After going through a treatment in Bangalore, he was back in time to promote his film, that he is also producing.

At the trailer launch, Kapil had spoken his heart out on how difficult life had turned out to be. He had also shared that he was depressed and suicidal and his friends finally managed to pull him out of his misery. Also when journalists had asked him about whether he will visit television shows to talk about his film, he had smilingly said, “It all depends on what the PR team will decide. They will tell me which shows we should go and I will do that.”
