Cinnamon Capital today sold over 8 per cent stake in Ujjivan Financial Services for nearly Rs 372 crore, through open market transactions.
According to the bulk deal data available with NSE, Cinnamon Capital disposed of 1.03 crore shares, or 8.63 per cent stake, of Ujjivan Financial Services.
The shares were offloaded at an average price of Rs 360 apiece, valuing the transaction at Rs 371.92 crore, the data showed.
Among the buyers of the shares are Ardisia Ltd, Morgan Stanley France SAS and Mousseganesh Ltd.
Shares of Ujjivan Financial Services ended the day on NSE at Rs 369, up 2.41 per cent from the previous close.
