December 16 gangrape: Convict Mukesh seeks verdict review, approaches Supreme Court

December 16, 2012 gangrape case convict Mukesh has approached the Supreme Court with a plea seeking review of its verdict upholding the capital punishment awarded to him.

The review plea, filed through Advocate M L Sharma, contended that the apex court had not considered many issues that he had raised during the trial and subsequent appeal.
