The National Green Tribunal (NGT) has rapped the Delhi government as Air Quality Index (AQI) deteriorated in the national capital. 

NGT has also sought an explanation from the government as to why it failed to sprinkle water from helicopters to keep a check on the pollution.

It has also pulled up Haryana and Uttar Pradesh governments and asked them to file a report regarding the measures taken to reduce pollution, which is affecting Delhi as well.
