Recently, Twinkle Khanna shared an apology on social media after lashing out at comedienne Mallika Dua. She wrote, "As I reflect on my actions this past week, I realise that I got pulled into this debate not as a social commentator but as a wife and unlike my normal, slightly rational self, my reaction was purely emotional and without perspective... I would like to apologise to everyone who felt that I was trivializing the cause of feminism."
Now, Dua has responded to Khanna's apology. She says, "That's the thing about parents. They are protective of their children whether they are 5 or 28." She took on Khanna, who had mentioned about her five-year-old daughter, Nitara being dragged into the controversy.
