Notice is hereby given that a meeting of Board of Directors of the company will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2017, at 5.00 PM at the Registered office of the company, A-9, Shree Siddhivinayak Plaza, 3rd Floor, Plot No.B-31, off Link Road, Oshiwara, Andheri (W) Mumbai 400053, interalia to consider & approve Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half year ended September 30, 2017.

Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, trading window for trading in Company's securities by the designated persons shall remain closed from till Thursday, November 16, 2017.
