Romano’s, the specialty Italian restaurant at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar has crafted a new Pranzo or a lunch menu, making itself one of the most sought after authentic Italian places to dine in the city of Mumbai. Patrons will get to indulge in the best home-style Italian fare every Sunday beginning October 29^th onwards. Roberto Zorzoli, Head Chef, Romano’s together with his esteemed culinary brigade headed by Executive Chef, Anshuman Bali has introduced a plethora of dishes inspired by the concept of ‘home style service’.
 
Romano’s offers guests flavors which arise from the belt of Sicily, Milan, Rome, Naples and Florence. Its inimitably Italian roots shine through every element of the restaurant. Be it the cuisine of native chefs, the highly interactive ambiance with open kitchen and wood fired oven, or the delectable menu or the exclusive wine selection. Beautiful, rustic wooden panels and flooring; charming photography on facets of Italy adorning the walls and pillar all add to the Italian odyssey. 
 
The new menu at Romano’s features an elaborate variety of antipasti (appetizers), Zuppe (soups) and bruschetta. The Primi (First Course) would include an exquisite range of Italian delicacies like Rissotto Ai Fungi, wild mushroom risotto, Gnocchi pesto, sweet basil pesto with gnocchi, Linguine Carbonara, crispy Panchetta with Carbonara sauce, Penne Al Ragu, penne with lamb bolognaise. Besides this, the Secondi (second course) would include dishes like Costolette, grilled lamb chop, Branzino Cartoccio, Chilean seabass with Caponata.  The Sunday lunch menu at Romano’s would also offer varieties of delicious pizzas like the Pizza Margherita, Pizza Rustica featuring a range of delicious toppings in cheese, cold cuts and fresh, crunchy veggies.
 
Completing the delectable menu of authentic Italian fare is the divine range of dolce (dessert) and coffees a variety of dolce (dessert) like Macedonia, fruit salad with vanilla ice cream, Tiramisu, creamy Mascarpone, coffee cake and Torta di Mele, Apple pie vanilla ice cream.
