Jaipur: The Sawai Man Singh (SMS) stadium is set to host Vande Mataram programme to be held on Wednesday morning. The programme will see close to 1 lakh participants from schools, colleges and people.
"Over 700 organisations have extended their support for our programme, said Jagdish Pacharia, media coordinator.
Chief minister Vasundhara Raje will attend the programme which is organised by Rajasthan Youth Board in association with Hindu Spiritual and Service Foundation. The programme will start with a musical presentation by 300 artists to be led to veteran Bollywood musician Anandji of Kalyanji-Anandji fame. To promote programme, a team of volunteers had visited residential areas inviting people. The programme will culminate with singing of Vande Mataram by all participants.
