Yadvinder Goma was born on born 4 February 1986 in Palampur. He is the son of Milkhi Raj Goma- three-term legislator. He has a B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Himachal Pradesh University and MBA Degree. He is a businessman by profession.
He got married in 2015. He is the Member of the Legislative Assembly from Jaisinghpur. He got elected to Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha in 2012. He has no criminal cases against him.
