Stone pelting incidents have reduced in JK: BJP leader

Incidents of stone pelting have reduced in due to the central government's move, state general secretary, Harinder Gupta claimed today.

"The struck a severe blow to stone-pelters and terrorists by clamping down on their funds and militants in Kashmir have lost access to all their reserves and their desperation was evident in robbery attempts," he told reporters here.


Stone pelting incidents in Kashmir have come down from 2,683 in November 2015- October 2016 to 639 November 2016 to July 2017 as result of demonetisation, the leader claimed.
