Fog envelops the city skyline on Sunday morning | NAGESH POLALI

BENGALURU: The city is likely to wake up to light drizzles and mist on Monday and Tuesday as a trough of low pressure prevails over the Bay of Bengal.Parts of the city witnessed light showers on Sunday, the second day in a row. The same is likely to continue for at least two days from now, according to the Indian Meteorological Department, Bengaluru.

Parts of the Central Business District, Dasanapura and Alur witnessed rainfall on Sunday noon. Moderate rainfall was reported in areas around Jalahalli, Bagalur, Kodigehalli and areas around North Bengaluru.
Parts of KR Puram and Kadugodi also received a considerable amount of rainfall.

On Monday, Indian Meteorological Department predicts a cloudy sky along with light rains and morning mist. Maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 25 and 19 degree Celsius respectively in Bengaluru.
