Kinnar Akhara demands land in Magh Mela

ALLAHABAD: The controversial Kinnar Akhara has sought land for Magh Mela to be held at Sangam. If permitted, the akhara of transgender community formed a year ago will be included in the list of organisations who are allotted land at the mela area. Acharya Mahamandleswar Laxmi Narayan Tripathi said, "This year we have sought land besides the camp of Swami Vasudevanand Saraswati along with security personnel."
