Post : Research Assistant

Eligible candidates are invited to attend WALK-IN-INTERVIEW for ONE post of “Research Assistant” on purely temporary or contractual basis for the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) funded project entitled “Distribution of single nucleotide gene variations in the leptin receptor and its significance as a susceptibility biomarker for Visceral Leishmaniasis in north Indian population of Bihar” under Dr Sushmita Das, Principal Investigator and Assistant professor of Microbiology, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Patna.

Qualification/Experience
Essential: Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Zoology) from a recognized university.
Desirable: Preference will be given to well experienced young candidates possessing research experience in immunological and molecular biological techniques on the relevant subject.

Age limit : 30 Years

Salary : As per ICMR norms

The interested candidates may turn up for Walk-in-Interview along with their duly signed application (Cover letter, CV and detailed research experience etc.). The candidate should bring along original certificates in support of his/her age, educational/ professional qualification, experience etc. for verification, two recent passport size colour photographs and a one set of self-attested photocopies of the relevant documents failing which he/she will not be allowed to participate in the walk-in-interview.
