Nagpur: The Shanti Nagar police have booked Harsh Raut, 25-year-old dance teacher, for allegedly sexually exploiting his student (21) for over a year period by promising marriage.
Cops said Raut, resident of Lalganj, used to have physical relationship with the woman after the dance classes and at different spots. When the woman reminded him of his marriage proposal, he discontinued the relationship.
In another case, the Yashodhara Nagar police booked Siddharth Waghmare (32), a clerk with Nagar Parishad, for allegedly raping 37-year-old woman for around a decade. The woman, who owns a garments shop, was in a physical relationship with the accused. In October, Waghmare broke all ties with the complainant and got engaged to another woman, said cops.
