HYDERABAD: A division bench of the Hyderabad High Court on Friday upheld an order of a single judge who dismissed the petition filed by an aspiring candidate seeking directions to the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) to allow him to appear for the personality assessment test (interview) for Group-I services posts.

The bench was dismissing an appeal filed by T Kartik Reddy challenging the order of a single judge. Earlier, Kartik Reddy approached the High Court challenging the decision of the TSPSC in rejecting his candidature for the interview to Group-I services. In July this year, another judge passed an interim order directing the TSPSC to allow the petitioner to appear for the said interview and also to reserve one post for him.
