East Godavari District Collector Kartikeya Misra on Friday called upon the unemployed youth to register their details with the website www.kaushalgodavari.in so that they could get a chance to undergo pre-employment training in the field of their choice and a job opportunity in the corporate firms at the end of the training.
At a review meeting with the officials of the employment and training department here, he said the aim was to provide 50,000 jobs through the Kaushal Godavari programme this year, of which 5,000 people have secured jobs so far.
