Jaipur: A mentally-challenged youth in Jhalawar district killed a villager by smashing his head with sharp edged stone, and forcefully feeding sand into his mouth and then dragging his body in the middle of fair in Chureliya village.
The graphic scenes were witnessed when Mukesh Prajapati (26) attacked Mohanlal Gurjar (35) with stones near a village fair. "Mukesh was also mentally challenged. There was no enmity between him and Gurjar. The incident took place when Gurjar was returning back to his house from the fair," said an official.
The police said that Mukesh hit Gurjar till the later began bleeding profusely from his head, then he stuffed sand into his mouth due to which Gurjar finally died.
Shockingly, Mukesh dragged the body through the fair, as shocked villagers looked at him. They informed the police about the incident and body was handed over to the family after the post mortem.
