BENGALURU: How can things get bad when there is coffee in the world? Debayan Sinha finds some of the best joints in the city for the caffeine lovers to find some solace or to just have some conversations with your loved ones over a cup of coffee.

CTR serves one of the best coffees in the city. Traditionally and freshly brewed, the coffee is served hot and pairs well with the ‘Benne dosa’. Vinod Joshi says, “I come here only for the dosa and coffee. During weekends, it is so crowded that I have to wait for at least 15 minutes. But its worth the wait.”

William Mathews, 22, student says, ‘This place serves the best coffee indeed. Main USP is their price and it doesn’t hurt your pocket much. The ambience is decent and other than coffee I Love the medu vada dipped sambhar here. Worth every penny.’

It is said to serve one of the cheapest and the best coffees in the city. Yash Kariwal, 22, who has recently moved to Bengaluru says, “I am a hardcore coffee lover... almost an addict. I was searching for the best coffee places here and that’s how I came across Brahmins Coffee Bar which is heaven to me.” The coffee served in vintage glass is out of the world, he says adding that the idly and vada are the treats to eat. “It is hygienic too. I come here almost thrice a week.”
