Infant mauled to death by pet pig in South Delhi

A 20-day-old girl was mauled to death by a pet pig in south Delhi’s Fatehpur Beri, police said Saturday. The infant was being breastfed by her mother when the animal attacked her yesterday, they said. The victim was taken to the AIIMS Trauma Centre, where she died during treatment. Police have registered a case and are making efforts to identify the owner of the pig.
