Jagson Airlines' board meeting on November 13, 2017

Pursuant to regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 13th November, 2017 at 10:30 A.M. at the corporate office of the company at 3rd floor, Vandana Building, 11, Tolstoy Marg, New Delhi - 110001 to consider and approve, amongst others, the following:-

1. To consider and approve the standalone and un-audited financials for the quarter ended on 30/09/2017.

Further, in pursuance Regulation 42 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company for insiders of the Company will remain closed for all Directors and Insiders from 7th November, 2017 till 15th November, 2017 (both days inclusive).
