For the first time, home buyers in Karnal realty will witness the construction of low rise floors under the affordable category which would be made with the help of Aluminium Form Work technology. Buyers in the project would be able to avail a subsidy of ₹2.67 Lakhs on their home loans under the Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS) offered by Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (PMAY).
