CCTV footage shows minor being kidnapped at Goa's Madgaon railway station

A shocking CCTV footage accessed by India Today has shown a minor being kidnapped at the Madgaon railway station in Goa.
The footage shows a man in a kurta, with his head covered in a green cloth, picking up a minor girl and then walking away.
The incident took place late in the night on October 31. Konkan Railway Police has registered a kidnapping case following the three-year-old girl child's disappearance.
