NEW DELHI: Realty stocks DLF (up 3.51 per cent), Unitech (up 2.96 per cent), Housing Development & Infrastructure (up 1.79 per cent), Delta Corp (up 1.26 per cent) and Oberoi Realty (up 0.74 per cent) were trading up in afternoon trade on Friday, keeping the Nifty Realty index in the positive zone.

The Nifty Realty index was trading 0.77 per cent up at 315 around 02:10 pm (IST).

However, Sobha (down 1.84 per cent), Indiabulls Real Estate (down 0.99 per cent), Prestige Estates Projects (down 0.92 per cent) and Phoenix Mills (down 0.21 per cent) were trading in the red around that time.

Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was 28 points up at 10,452, while the BSE Sensex was 89 points up at 33,662.

Among the 51 stocks in the Nifty50 index, 26 were trading in the green, while 24 were in the red.

Shares of IndusInd Bank (up 2.69 per cent), YES Bank (up 2.20 per cent), State Bank of India (up 1.81 per cent), Bajaj Finance (up 1.54 per cent), HDFC (up 1.35 per cent) and Zee Entertainment (up 1.33 per cent) were among the top gainers in the Nifty50 index.

However, Power Grid (down 1.79 per cent), Sun Pharma (down 1.77 per cent), BPCL (down 1.61 per cent), GAIL (down 1.58 per cent), Lupin (down 1.54 per cent) and Hero MotoCorp (down 1.26 per cent) were among the top losers.
