#WhatsAppDown trends on Twitter after app outage; company says issue fixed

Services have been partially restored as per media reports.
However, this is not the first time that WhatsApp services have gone down. Similar cases were reported in September and May when the app was down for a few hours in all parts of the world including Malaysia to Spain, Germany and some other European countries.
